Having reliable site emails is something that can be a major pain to deal with. Luckily there is a new plugin from the makers of FluentCRM and FluentForms. The new plugin is called FluentSMTP and using the plugin will fix the issue of having reliable site emails.
After installing and activating the FluentSMTP plugin it will add a new sub-menu item;
Settings > FluentSMTP
FluentSMTP includes integrations with a wide range of transactional email providers such as SendGrid, Sendinblue, SparkPost, Mailgun, Amazon SES, or Pepipost. The FluentSMTP plugin includes a wide range of features such as email routing and email logs and being able to resend emails. In this article, we are going to cover how to use SendGrid with the FluentSMTP plugin.
In order to be able to use SendGrid you will need to create an account and then create a API key for your account. In the FluentSMTP plugin settings for SendGrid, you can set the from email and the from name. You can store the SendGrid API key in the site’s database or store that in the site’s wp-config.php file.
An example constant to use to set the SendGrid API in the sites wp-config.php for the FluentSMTP plugin;

Replace out the xxxx value with the actual API key value for setting the SendAPI key in the site’s wp-config.php file.
FluentSMTP also includes a built-in email log where you can see which emails have been sent on the site where it is being used.
